Ingredients:

•1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour

•2 tablespoons granulated sugar

•1 tablespoon baking powder

•½ teaspoon salt

•1 cup (240ml) milk

•1 large egg

•2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

•1 teaspoon vanilla extract

•Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions:

1. Mix Dry Ingredients:

•In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2. Combine Wet Ingredients:

•In another bowl, beat the egg and then mix in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

3. Combine Both Mixtures:

•Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined—be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are fine.

4. Cook the Pancakes:

•Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.

•Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.

•Cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

5. Serve:

•Serve the pancakes warm with your favorite toppings, such as maple syrup, fresh fruit, or whipped cream.

Enjoy your delicious pancakes!
